Coins & Payments

• CoinClash coins are virtual currency used within the platform only
• Coins purchased are non-refundable once credited
• Minimum withdrawal is ₨300 PKR
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after admin approval
• CoinClash reserves the right to adjust coin rates with 24-hour notice

Fair Play

• Any use of cheats, bots, or unfair tools is strictly prohibited
• Accounts found cheating will be permanently banned
• All coin balances of banned accounts are forfeited
• CoinClash's decision on fair play disputes is final

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. CoinClash is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your account.

Limitation of Liability

• Duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded within 3-5 business days

Game Entry Fees

• Entry fees are non-refundable once a match begins
• If a match fails due to a technical error on our end, entry fee is refunded
• If opponent disconnects, entry fee may be refunded at admin discretion

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours
• Minimum withdrawal: ₨300 PKR
• Incorrect account details provided by user — CoinClash not responsible
• Suspicious activity may delay withdrawal for security review
